Refund Policy

1. All fees paid to Gulson Interior for design services are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes fees paid for consultations, design concepts, design development, and any other related services.

2. If a project is canceled before any work has begun, we may refund a portion of the fees paid at our discretion. However, this will depend on the specific circumstances of the cancellation and any expenses incurred by our design team up to that point.

3. If there are issues with the quality of the work provided, we will work with the client to resolve the issue and make any necessary adjustments. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Our design team will make every effort to ensure that all design work meets the client’s expectations and specifications. However, it is the client’s responsibility to review all design concepts, drawings, and other related materials before approving them for implementation.

5. Any changes requested by the client after the design has been approved and work has begun may be subject to additional fees. These fees will be discussed with the client before any additional work is done.

6. All refunds will be issued at Gulson Interior’s discretion and will be subject to any applicable fees or expenses incurred by our design team.
